"In 2020 Papay will be a thriving community sustaining a high quality of life for all while safeguarding our remarkable environment and heritage. By making the island more attractive to young people and families we will create a balanced community of at least one hundred people."
Our plan to achieve this is based on our Orcadian values, utilising local skills, respecting our environment, and harnessing our community spirit.
